Skate Park Refurbishment Durham Skate Park refurbishment

RSS Playmakers were approached by Durham County Council to undertake a refurbishment of a skate park on a very limited budget. The skate park was widely used and over the years the structures had become loose, railings had broken and some internal supports had failed.

We replaced the broken hand rails, removed the side panels and repaired the broken internal supports and re-set loose items.

Finally, the ramps were repainted in Gravitex paint to produce the best skate surface possible.  The ramp edges were highlighted in brilliant white as the ramps are used at night under floodlit conditions.

All this work was undertaken within the stipulated £5k budget.

“We contacted RSS Playmakers to refurbish our very popular skate park within a tight budget, as we have used them before on our other skate park.  They delivered a great result within budget, using high quality paint and workmanship”
